Over the years I have used many different anecdotes, analogies, bullet points, and slogans to describe Three Page®. I am sure that most of you have heard them all. Each one describes Three Page® and what it’s all about. This past month, when I was meeting with a company that wants to put some Three Page® material on display in their offices. I needed to come up with 3 solid ideas that would hammer home our message. I found this to be rather difficult mainly because of the fact that Three Page® does so much and there are so many parts to system. So, TR and I spent several hours going over every part of Three Page, dissecting our slide presentations, our printed advertising, flyers, brochures, trying to find 3 that we felt would speak loudly and clearly the message that we wanted to get across.

Here’s what we came up with:

1. Simplify Communications
2. Measure Performance in “Real Time”
3. Identify Problem & Make Timely Corrections
4. Get A Grip On Your Bottom Line

Over the next few months I am going to elaborate on these more. I will be elaborating on how Three Page® uses the past, present and future to allow you to GET A GRIP ON YOUR BOTTOM LINE!

If you have an idea or comment that you would like to share about these, please feel free to comment on the blog. In meantime, I challenge you to look them over and see how they apply to Three Page as you know it.
